Before you buy or invest in anything be it land, shares, vehicle, house, food, treatment extras it is your responsibility to do checks that you're giving out your money to where it will attract appropriate value you hope for.

  • Don't do things carelessly;
    Before you buy the Land do your homework that he who's selling it is the owner and it also has no encumbrances which will make you start court battles leading to losses.
  • Before you invest in the juicy opportunities whose selling agents assure you of no risks and guaranteed returns, do your homework before you look a fool before yourself.
    Don't let greed for huge outcomes drag you, but be wise enough.

  • Before you pay your bride price, do your homework about the motive for the woman if she's really into marrying you or its pressure from the family that's forcing her to get married as they find her aged to still be single and in the course she's choosing you who seems serious in all who've played her around
  • Don't just pay children school fees, do due diligence about the school whether they have credible value to add to your child's future. Many people as long as the school has good buildings, feeds children and has a school bus, they perceive it to be a good school, but find out if it will educate your child.

The most powerful force, against corruption begins with one person, saying “NO”.Read here for more information
