Today on structures in the daily celestial challenge initiated by @sirknight I introduce to you the world famous 'LOTUS TEMPLE'

Its a magnificent building dedicated to the Baha'i faith(it is a religion that believes in peace, love and unity, founded in the 19century).
The structure resembles a lotus flower with it petals half open,made up of white marble.The building cost a whooping amount of 10million dollars that is 350 million in Nigeria currency.

It is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and also one of the most visited, attracting over a 100million people.

It is located in Shambhu Dayal Bagh,Kaikaji,New Delhi,India.It has a very beautiful view at night with the lights on as shown in the picture above.

It consists of 24 structures, around 40m high,has 9 doors and can accommodate 2500 people.I'll
It took six years to complete the structure,from 1980 to 1986.
