On today's daily celestial challenge, the theme is paying tribute to the forces of nature.
I will be paying tribute to water by educating you on the importance and significance of water in the body.

My dad never stops emphasizing the need to drink water,at least 10 glasses of water or more a day. Here are some of the reasons why you should gulp as frequently as you can.
First of all water makes up to 70 - 75% of your total body weight. Water is odorless, colorless and tasteless. Water is an essential nutrient that is involved in every function of the body.

Water removes harmful toxins from the body
Helps digestion and detoxification process
Keeps the kidney in health condition
It boost the immune system
Improves skin complexion
Aids in weight loss etc

Water is the 2nd most popular liquid after soft drink,when water is not present the body starts to break down, you need to stay hydrated.

It is adviceable to drink water first thing in the morning before eating anything to flush out any impurities in the kidney, adding a slice of lemon especially in warm water is even better,it is said that drinking a mixture of warm water and lemon is like taking a bath inwardly.
