I consulted with a life coach

My name is Hanine and in 2016, I challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone by completing a challenge every day for 365 days. The following is a "snapshot" of one of these many challenges. This is a small piece of the final puzzle that was my personal transformation during this adventure.

More than a few days before the end of a fabulous year 2016, which was without any doubt the most rewarding year of my life because of these challenges. The end of the year also marks the end of my series of daily challenges... at least in its present form. I tell you all about December 31st via a live Facebook at 4 pm.

As a result, I have only a few days left to settle some of the important challenges that I have had to face for several months. One of these challenges was to call for life & personal development coaching. That is now done.
One can legitimately wonder after all the experience and knowledge I have accumulated, if I still needed a life coach. My ego shared this skepticism.

But life coaching is neither therapy nor training. Above all, it is an exchange with a qualified and caring person (if you are right) who will tell you things that no one dares to tell you, who will ask you questions you didn't think of, who will listen to you and propose tailor-made action plans.

What I was looking for with this one-off consultation was in no way a long-term accompaniment, but quite simply to be able to rise above and distance myself from my life objectives thanks to an external perspective and expertise. Even the greatest characters in history called on advisors to help them achieve their goals.

This trend of life coaches first appeared in the world of top-level sportsmen and women, before it became that of the company, and today it is investing in the field of individual support.
It is true, unfortunately, that today, anyone can declare himself a life coach, anyone can train life coaches, which requires a real investigative work to find those who are really competent and who have integrated the changes for themselves. Being a life coach is very simple. Being a very good life coach is another story.
