There are probably more Mexican food joints here in Payson than any other type of food the quality variety and price varies. There are some that are new and some have been around for a while.

This is probably the best known Mexican Restaurant in town and has been around for quite some time. The building is fantastic it was the old opera house from the early days of Payson the atmosphere is casual enough to bring someone special or the whole family.

This place is off the main road and is not much to look at, it is definitely low budget atmosphere but the food is delicious and the service quick, they keep you in chips while you are waiting.

Costa Vida is new to town and in a new building the food is prepared as you wait in line. Baja-style tacos & burritos plus gluten-free options. The food is in good proportions and very tasty. They have a self serve fountain drinks and a nice and clean dining area

This is not a upscale dining establishment but they serve a great breakfast burritos. My favorite thing to order is the Grande beef Nachos. We eat here probably 4 to five times a year. It is a cheap place to eat and have a conversation for date night.

This is not a upscale dining establishment but their breakfast burritos are ok but the bacon has tasted rancid a couple of times so I dont go there anymore for breakfast. My favorite thing to order is the nachos are ok. We haven't been back for probably a year so things may have changed ?

This food truck is family owned and makes everything from scratch. The most expensive thing on the menu is $5.50 the prices and portions are small. I had the vip for $2 and a drink it was good but I am glad I ordered two because the portions were very small. They do have outdoor seating.
