Problem Upload on DTUBE - Anyone can help?

Hello everyone,

Does someone of you already got this problem?
I upload a video on dtube, and the snap, everything is ready, but when i want post it ..
It's written "1st upload an video".. But both are with green check.
I tried already 3 time to re-upload but still the same message.
PS: video is in .mp4
