A day on The Green

It's been an absolute scorcher of a day today, with the temperature reaching 38 degrees C. The sky was a bright blue, and there wasn't much of a breeze blowing to keep us cool. It just also hapoened to be my work's end of year outing. This year is was lawn bowls.

It was a lot of fun in the sun, even though I bowled terribly today, and my team came stone last!! We did have the most fun by far, so I guess that's a win.

Now it's time to sit at home under the aircon and cool off.
