First, cut the paneer into pieces and keep it aside.
Now heat one spoon of oil in a pan and heat it and fry it until the pieces of cheese are golden brown.
Mix a piece of cottage cheese, red chili powder, ginger paste, asafoetida, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt for 10 minutes separately.
Add the remaining oil to the pan and heat it and put the pieces of cheese in it and add 3-4 cups of water and mix well.

  • Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Kashmiri Chaman is ready. Serve it with chopped green coriander and serve it with bread or rice.

Note: Heat the oil well in the pan so that the pieces of cheese are well fry in the oil.
Do not cook paneer for a long time, otherwise it will be hard.
