Any sashimi lover here?
Japan is well known for ramen...
and sashimi as well, I tasted one in Yoshicho, an old style authentic Japanese Restaurant in Yunessun complex in Hakone. During my once upon a time trip in Japan, and someday soon I wish to be there again.

It is so beautiful! I love sushi! I adore the Japanese cuisine! I have got three Japanese cookery books at home. Unfortunately, I have only ever tasted the commercial and the conveyor belt option outside my own premises. Is the image the representation of the old style sushi? My mouth literally drools just by looking at it! Thank you @bluesapphire06 for sharing! If you don't mind, could you tell the ingredients of the old style sushi, please?
Thank you @rimicane, its nice to know that. 😊 It is a salmon, with fresh sea weeds and perilla leaves garnished with yellow chrysanthemum. They served that way with thier japanese soy sauce and wasabi paste, actually I have no idea about thier preparation 😂 But I can say its really delicioussss, the meat is soft that actually melts in the mouth 😋😋
