1 Corinthians 15: 12-26

12 But if Christ is preached that he rose from the dead, how do some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?

13 For if there is no resurrection of the dead, neither has Christ risen.

14 And if Christ has not risen, then our preaching is vain, your faith is also vain.

15 And we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise, if in truth the dead do not rise.

16 For if the dead are not raised, neither has Christ been raised;

17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is vain; you are still in your sins.

18 Then also those who fell asleep in Christ perished.

19 If in this life we ​​only hope in Christ, we are the most worthy of the commiseration of all men.

20 But now Christ is risen from the dead; The firstfruits of those who slept are made.

21 For because death came through a man, also through a man the resurrection of the dead.

22 For as in Adam all die, in Christ also all will be made alive.

23 But each one in his proper order: Christ, the firstfruits; then those who belong to Christ, at his coming.

24 Then the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God and Father, when he has suppressed all dominion, all authority and power.

25 For it is necessary that he reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.

26 And the last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
