Microsoft tests a version of Windows 10 that will not be released until 2020

Windows 10 is waiting for the first update of April 2019, in code 19H1, which plans to improve various aspects of the operating system that in the last period have caused various problems for users. The final release in the test channel of this update is scheduled for March, we have to wait a few more weeks to get to know all the new features.

But Microsoft is already looking in there, in fact we are already thinking about an update that we will see only in 2020. It is not usual for the company to test with some advance features, but the head of Microsoft Windows Insider, Dona Sarkar, says that further tests are needed.

This future update will have the code name 20H1, we will presumably see it in April next year. Sarkar states: "Some things we are working on in 20H1 require longer delivery times". Microsoft has not yet officially unveiled the features for this update, but the company has released the first beta to the testers.

There is no information on the 19H2 update, but neither has the company started testing its next 2019 update. The curiosity about the functionality of the 20H1 update are many, but unfortunately we will have to wait a little longer to find out more.
