Italy without a World Cup!

For the first time since 1958, Italy's soccer players failed to qualify for the World Cup. Last game for Gianluigi Buffon for the national team of Italy.

The Swedish football team, without retired Zlatan Ibrahimovic, wrote one of the most beautiful chapters in his history and won ticket for World Cup in Russia.

The World Cup without one of the most "classic" national teams was a long time unthinkable, but the defeat at the first match of qualifications with Sweden (0: 1) was a sign that this could happen. And it happened.

Italy won World Cup 4 times. This time they will not even participate.

The most responsible person for failure of Italy is coach, Gian Piero Ventura.

The Italians had enormous opportunities on stadium of Milan (San Siro), but they did not score. Match finished with 0:0.

The Swedes played great in defense, and the excellent tactical match was also played by Swedish coach Olsen. Congratulations.
