Hello Steemit!
This is my official #introducemyself post
Finally, after many speculations, I am making my debut in this beautiful platform! I've been approved since August 2017 but for reasons best known to procrastination, I kept mute like I wasn't supposed to make use of a platform I gladly signed up with. I've probably been learning its ways or maybe I've been wondering how true can a crypto world be?

So, officially, this is me saying I'm glad to be part of Steemit and I hope in days longer than now, I'd make cool friends, and be very proud of every time I spend in this amazing virtual world.

My name is Onome and I operate here with my awesome username, @blogtrovert, I am Nigerian but I don't want you to worry much about my nationality as we have lots of good people out here!
I am in my early 20s and wonder why age isn't fair enough on me! I honestly do not want to grow old! Currently, I am a student in my final year.
I own a personality blog (http://www.blogtrovert.com) which I update frequently while I struggle with letting my true self come out lol. Hopefully, steem power would be my driving force!
If you ever get to wonder why I choose blogtrovert, then you might want to replace the "blog" with an "in". That's right, I'm introverted, but not a snub!

How Did I hear About Steemit?

It's common to see questions like this popup in websites, but this time, I'm willing to let the cat out of the bag without being asked!
I learnt about Steemit on Facebook when I was stalking an old classmate's wall @sussan. I got interested when I saw a post by a steemit user, @samstickkz (I hope you don't mind) showcasing her earnings, so went further to searching for more information and bumped into a forum which suggested this platform as a good place to get paid for blogging. Really? I have virtually been looking for such opportunity and didn't double think before getting myself an account!

What Do I know About Steemit?
The few months I've spent observing Steemit is good enough to let me know a few things about this platform. While scrambling for more information, I discovered that the brains behind this website are @ned and @dan. They've done a great deal by letting people benefit from their postings unlike other social platfrorms that we have been part of.

What Would I blog about in here?
A tip; I enjoy reading, and writing has been a good hobby for years. I'd blog about poetry, lifestyle and personality development hacks as well as everything in between what I love researching about.
I'm a lover of #blackandwhite so don't be surprised if 99% of my posts are accompanied by black and white photos.

It's official, and I've come to stay with #steemit. I hope my style of writing intrigues you!
