Salmon with cream cheese and spinach

Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet, 300 gr.
- Cream cheese, 50 gr.
- Spinach, 65 gr.
- Mozzarella cheese (solid), 30 gr.
- Parmesan cheese, 15 gr.
- Dry garlic, 1 gr.
- Olive oil, salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grate the Mozzarella on a large grater, Parmesan on a small one.
Mix spinach, cream cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic and salt to taste.
Cut the fish into portion pieces and cut a through hole in each.
Fill the fish with the filling, put it in a baking dish, lightly sprinkle with olive oil, to salt and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve.
