Ingredients:

Salmon with cream cheese and spinach

  • Salmon fillet, 300 gr.
  • Cream cheese, 50 gr.
  • Spinach, 65 gr.
  • Mozzarella cheese (solid), 30 gr.
  • Parmesan cheese, 15 gr.
  • Dry garlic, 1 gr.
  • Olive oil, salt

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grate the Mozzarella on a large grater, Parmesan on a small one.

Mix spinach, cream cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic and salt to taste.

Cut the fish into portion pieces and cut a through hole in each.
