For all android users, the google playstore has been the no.1 stop for apps, games, movies and so on for the past years, recording 2 billion users in over 190 countries.

In order to show it's appreciation to its users, Google has introduced a system that rewards users called Google play points, which has been available to people in japan and south Korea for over a year now and currently being introduced to the United States.

According to Google's blog report, the program is free and open to all to join, users will earn Google play rewards according to their usage of the store, the rewards are divided into two, the points and playcredit.

The points earned can be utilized in games such as Candy Crush Saga and Pokémon GO, while the google play credit will be used on movies, books, games, and apps.

With Google Play Points, you’ll earn points on everything you buy with Google Play, including in-app items, movies, books, subscriptions and more. You can also earn Play Points by downloading featured free apps and games. Weekly points events can boost your earning rate on movies, books, and select games.
Google Play Points has four levels, from Bronze to Platinum. Your level depends on how many points you’ve collected, and higher levels have perks like weekly prizes.

Those were the words of Google.

The Google play points will be available on playstore from next week for those in the united state and users can quickly asses it by clicking the menu button on play store and tapping on play points.
