Chapter 7- Prepare Your Own Food

In today’s day and age most people want things done fast and conveniently. They want processed foods and eating on the run. Fast food is what it’s really called. I read on a post the other day that soy has a lot of estrogen in it.

I like how in cities nowadays there are community gardens. People can grow their own food if they were not so dependent on going to the grocery store to get it. I also know why they choose not to grow their own foods. It is mainly that it is an inconvenient to them and they lack the knowledge and patience of such task. They depend on other people to do it for them.

That sucks because I like seeds and nuts. Up to learning about this I used to think nuts were healthy for you. There It goes again! He hit the spot. He said to eat only one meal a day. It doesn’t even matter what type of work you are doing. He said all his followers had to follow this strict diet. I’m pretty sure it was an off and on relationship.

Stay away from lard! No hog, swine fried or hard baked foods. That is very hard for people who like ribs, pepperoni, pork chops and bacon. Regarding fried food he simply said that it will cut your life short.
