How to Pick Lottery Numbers- Webisode 3
In order to pick the lottery numbers I would play on the next game I started with the weekly numbers. I picked the last 3 different Even and last 3 Odd numbers played.
The weekly numbers are:
| The Weekly Lottey | Row 1 | Row 2 |
|---|---|
| 9 | 2 |
| 6 | 9 |
| 7 | 3 |
| 5 | 7 |
| 4 | 0 |
| 8 | 8 |
The next step I will pick from the daily lottery. 3 different Even and 3 different Odd numbers from midday game only.
| The Daily Lottey | Row 1 | Row 2 |
|---|---|
| 9 | 8 |
| 8 | 4 |
| 7 | 6 |
| 6 | 5 |
| 3 | 2 |
| 4 | 9 |
After finding the last 3 different Even and Odd numbers played. (I picked mine from the state lottery drawing so I go to their website to get the information needed) I create a chart to show all the possible numbers I believe could be played.
Let’s take this moment to think
If I go with the numbers I have here I would have a 56% chance of winning (or maybe it is a 56% chance of losing).
What about the other 44 possible numbers that we didn’t use. I think those numbers are called the compliment. The winning numbers could of course be in those numbers. I have not found a solution to this issue as of date.
An idea I might be fond of testing is to create another sheet where I recognize the numbers and label them in a new book. I would have to create called specifically Wednesday Lottery Numbers. This book I am creating could be the mother book to 7 children!!!
However, I place the other 44 lottery numbers in a sheet where I called them Compliment Numbers.
There are 6 numbers I highlighted that are what I will call outliers.
Remember those letter codes. There are 16 ways for the first 2 numbers to appear. Go back 20 weeks and simply write down what codes have appeared.
| The Letter Code | Row 1 | Row 2 | Row 3 | Row 4 |
|---|---|---|---|
| ee- 2 | eO- 2 | EE- 3 | Ee- 1 |
| Eo- 1 | EO- 1 | OO- 3 | Oo- 2 |
| Oe- 1 | OE- 1 | oe- 1 |
The runner up numbers are kept based on this point. 11 out of 16 codes are on this sheet. I will highlight all the numbers that made the cut. Actually, you would have to do this also for the complimentary side.
Inserting the letter codes of the System Picked Numbers reduced it from 56 numbers to 46 numbers.
I would also go farther and say,
a letter code that shows up more than once on The Letter Code have a higher chance of coming out than any other numbers.I highlighted those numbers red. Playing these numbers will reduce the System Picked Numbers from 56 to 17.
For the complementary numbers I have highlighted the outliers green and the letter code numbers are highlighted red. The ones I think (which I need to build statistical data to give better weight to this type of selection) have a higher chance of coming out I highlighted orange. On the complimentary numbers. The numbers went from 44 to 31.
There are more steps that can be taken like going into the daily and the weekly. More investigation has to be done into which numbers have appeared the most on the Front 2 for weekly. Also, going into the daily and removing numbers that have appeared in the front two for the last 10 drawings? This is all speculation and removing a number that have recently play can cause you to lose If you put your numbers in because a playback is always possible. The real question I have to find out are mostly statistical one for example:
• What is the percentage of a playback on Wednesday?
• What is the percentage of each number being played in row 1 and row 2?
Maybe even more questions but before I can look for an answer I have to find the questions.
• If I put the numbers in for the Complimentary Numbers it would cost me $8. Therefore, I could win $42 or I could lose $8.
• Playing both would cost me $27. Therefore, I could win $23 or I could lose $27.

The actual number that came out was 28. I know the number was lost when I performed the Letter Code Step. I have to go back and find the right amount of times to go back for Wednesdays. That is the specific day the game is played.
