Constitutional Government
Other than the negative things shown in the media in the U.S and around the world about America and other countries is that people are thriving in both places. I want to say the good outweigh the bad, but it depends on what end of the spectrum you stand on. People are meeting and building positive relationships with each other all the time. We need to come together when possible and work together on common ground.
Time allow for fights and civil wars to take place to form something that is greater than what was lost. In America, we have The Constitution. The states can make laws if they do not break the constitution. The Federal government has its laws also that cannot break the constitution. Sometimes, federal and state government doesn’t agree but they always agree on the constitution.
A constitution is a set of rules and laws that tells how a government is organized and ran.
The constitution answer things like why is a government needed and what purpose will it serve. It decides how people will be picked to serve within the government.
The government in turn need citizens. The constitution would decide who are citizens within its government. It decides what rights and responsibility its citizens have if any.
So, how do you know when a nation has a constitutional government?
You will know a country or nation which have a constitutional government when you see that the power of the leaders is limited. Limited meaning that they can’t do whatever they want. As I mentioned earlier in this post, the people who are in power must obey the constitution.
well post thanks for shearing
The interesting thing about it all is that sometimes when a president comes to power, he modifies the constitution so as not to be so limited.
