The biggest killer of our modern world is sugar! Say no to sugar and increase your life expectancy. Sugar is one of the main courses of heart/circulatory and cancer related deaths.

First 3 causes of death dont shock me.. its quite expected (sadly), working as a nurse in the hospital.
Although suicide is quite high isn't it? Not too surprised but rather quite sad. Although mental health disorders is probably mostly interlinked to suicide as well.

Im not scare of death. Its part of life. Just the process of dying can be scary. I think as long as you die pain free, or with as much comfort. Or with loves ones around, it can be a beautiful death per say. The unknown can be scary too. Like whats after life.

Dear readers, take care of your health as much as you can. Its whats most important to you. And prevention is key. Some health conditions you cant avoid but some yes! Small actions like sunscreen or eating at least a fruit or be active

And take care of you mental health. Please do:)

I don't think it's irrational worrying about terrorism, the casualties in Europe over recent months have been reminiscent of a small war. There's also other factors. Natural causes like heart attacks and cancer will usually come in later life, something's got to kill us.

There's also the fact that terrorism disproportionately happens in events and gatherings such as concerts and festivals, dissuading people from enjoying themselves and forever changing people's lives, it's a real risk now to go to a public gathering in Europe. If anything the media is playing down the threat and using any language they can to hide terrorist attacks. Using language like "mentally ill" instead of "terrorist".

I live in Sweden, in your mythical Europe, and nobody in their right mind is afraid of terrorist attacks here, as the risk is miniscule.
There has been a disturbing number of attempted arson against refugee centers though, that is a real risk.

Please give me the source for your preposterous claim about the number of casualties. Here is one proper source, I suggest you read it carefully:http://www.datagraver.com/case/europol-reports-terrorism-in-the-eu-2006-2016

Did you intentionally miss the part where I said in recent months?

Also, your link proves my point, I served on an Incident Response Team on operation Herrick 10, the most violent year of the Afghanistan conflict, all casualties, ISAF, LN,ANA and AP in Helmand went through us or the yank's "pedros" those casualty figures for 2015-2016 are about what I'd expect from a small war.

And how is it preposterous? I could have been talking about the UK/Iceland Codwars...there have been lots of small wars over the years.

Ok, fair enough, but my perspective is just that these fears are greatly exaggerated, if you look at the statistics. We view these deaths differently than deaths from car accidents let's say, that are much more frequent.
That is illogical.

Well, I disagree because of the targeted nature. Yes, I living in Nottingham UK am extremely unlikely to die in a terrorist attack by going to the local Tescos, pub or walking the dog, I would argue that my odds would increase significantly if I were to regularly go to a public gathering of some kind down in London, at least enough to make me consider whether or not I want to risk it. Which is why the terrorists choose those places.

I don't think it's irrational or illogical to be more-concerned with that than a heart attack when I'm 75 is my point. The danger is a very real one to consider and much more immediate if I wanted to go to more music festivals. That was the only point I was making, I wasn't saying people should be buying respirators and CBRN suits.
