Life gives us lemons. Life leaves us vulnerable. There is no way to avoid what life has in plans for us.
But the good thing is we can learn and develop so much from being in such situations. We can develop ourselves and reflect upon everything and be better. We grow from revisiting and learning about how strong and capable we are.

Vulnerability requires so much trust and belief in ourselves. When we allow and show ourselves as vulnerable to the right people, lives change. Vulnerability in an unsafe environment or with the wrong people can be really damaging. Some good thoughts here.
