Saving Deans Heart
Dean was born Last May 20, 2017 with heart conditions called DORV(Double Outlet Right Ventricle-a rare form of congenital heart disease where the hearts 2 major arteries both connect to the right ventricle) with PS(Pulmonary Stenosis-obstruction to blood flow from the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery), ASD(Atrial Septal Defect-a hole in the wall that separates the top two chambers of the heart).
Aside from his heart condition he also have a rare chromosomal anomaly known as 10p deletion. With this rare case Dean may have learning difficulties, developmental delay and other health problems. In his case, aside from Congenital Heart Disease he also have a mild hydrocephalus, seizure, undescended testis with hernia and delay in development. There’s still a lot test that need to be done to check his overall health status.
But prior to everything he needed to have his open heart surgery done before or when he turns 1yr old this May 20, 2018 for him to breathe well and continue to be with us.
We are hoping to raise money to help us financially so that we can concentrate on my son with little stress. Because the medical cost is really high and he still got a lot of test to be done after the operation.
