One of the big comic storylines currently being pumped out by Marvel has been Absolute Carnage. This series has been a monster in our shop and all around the globe with every single issue selling out of their gazillion covers. The series is being helmed by Marvel’s golden boy in Donnie Cates and so far...he has not disappointed.

Most of the time Marvel or DC participate in promotional items...they are lame. Postcards, bookmarks, and posters only get the average fan so excited. That’s why I like when they turn up the dial a bit and get a tad more creative. Case in point...Absolute Carnage Tattoos!!!

That’s right! At this very moment, comic shops across the globe have a nice lil’ stack of these awesome Absolute Carnage tats to pass out to folks supporting the crossover event of the summer. Just pop on into your local comic shop, but an issue, and inquire about the temporary ink.

Don’t be a dick and just go in asking for the free tats. That’s a great way to have the shop owners make a mental note of how much of a tool you are resulting in not much help in the future. Anyway, Marvel did a nice job packaging these up too as hardcore collectors of anything Venom/Carnage/Spidey will want one or two just for the sake of having it in their collection. Kids are loving these in my shop right now as well as they get to mess around and display these as they show off their guns. Fun times all around!

Don’t go into this thinking you will make bank off of selling these. They are currently only selling for between $3-$5 bucks a pack. This is more of a cool novelty thing. Although with Steem being at the basement prices they are currently at, you can sell a couple of these to become a friggin Dolphin! Ok...maybe slightly exaggerated....
