My Vision and Mission on the Steemit Platform”

INTRODUCTION

When I joined this platform last year September, I had two primary goals in mind, one was to increase my reputation (which I have now built from 47.00 to 61.44 and the other was to earn money( which I have been able to power up 300+ steems. However, over time, I realized that the Steemit platform is not just about the money. It's also about creating relationships with people from all over the world and learning new things every day. This platform has educated me on transnational issues and increased my understanding and ideation.

What is your vision for joining the platform?

My primary reason for joining this platform is to build connections with my peers and make the Steemit community a better place with my contributions. To achieve this goal, I create content not every day but at least 3-4 times a week, and I ensure it's creative educational, and meaningful. I want people who read my posts to feel that visiting my blog is useful and that they can learn new things every time they read my posts.

I also engage with my fellow Steemians by voting and leaving comments that encourage them to stay active and determined on the platform. I hope that we can all create a positive and confirmational community that makes everyone satisfied by partaking in contests. The educational content on Steemit has been priceless to me. Through this platform, I have learned new things and developed a sense of creativity too. I count this as a boost and I'm so proud of what I have accomplished and understood so far.

Also, my primary goal for the platform is to promote connections with people from all over the globe. Because, through Steemit, I have been able to create expressive relationships with users from different countries and backgrounds. I have been able to exchange ideas and share knowledge with people from all walks of life, which has improved my life in so many paths.

What are you doing to realize the above vision (Mission)

I believe the key to success on Steemit is consistency. By always writing high-quality content, I have not only kept my audiences engaged, but I have been able to also create valuable content on my blog that will continue to thrive over time. So whenever I have the opportunity to write or join any contest, I don't hesitate. I love to grab opportunities that are valuable to me. I take valuable opportunities as an ever-growing collection of knowledge that I can share with the world.

Steem Engagement Challenge has been a game-changer for me. By taking part in the challenge, I've been able to meet more experienced Steemians, the likes of @bossj23, @goddybest @okere-blessing @emmy01 @bonaventure24, and lost more which is truly inspiring. So anytime I see an engagement challenge I jump on it. The past few months on Steemit have been inspiring and at some point discouraging but this year I have made up my mind to work very hard because I sense something big coming to Stemians this year.

How do you resolve the obstacles faced in realizing this vision?

As we all know, success is achieved without facing challenges and hardships. My journey on Steemit has been no exception. There were times when I created content every day I didn't get any sun as expected. It was so disheartening and discouraging experience and I told @bossj23 I was going to give up and I was no longer interested as always there to encourage me to be more consistent and original and from there I began to receive support from sc01

Be inspired by others and then turn that inspiration into action. On Steemit, I've found that the best way to stay motivated is to read the posts of other users and learn from their experiences. This not only helps me concrete ideas for how I can improve my content.
