My Introduction Post To Steemit Mentorship By @goodybest

Hello steemians ,

My name is Blessing Idongesit Okon, I am 27 years old, and I am from Mbierebe Akpawat in Ibesikpo Asutan local government area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, I am an Ibibio girl. I speak and understand three languages, English, annang, and Ibibio, I am from Mbierebe Akpawat by marriage, and the people of Mbierebe Akpawat in Ibesikpo asutan local government area, speak and understand Ibibio as it is the common language used. I grew up in a tribe called annang, that's where I learnt how to speak annang dialect. I read, write, and understand English fluently.
I am the first child in a family of three, two girls and a boy, both parents are alive, we are Christians who base our belief on the bible, we live our lives by biblical principles, and we believe in God's Kingdom as the only hope to solving mankind's problems.

AREA OF STUDY

I attended Abak International Nursery and Primary School, Abak, Akwa Ibom State where I obtained my First School leaving certificate, after which I obtained my Senior Secondary Certificate Examination at McIntire Secondary Commercial School Utu Abak, Abak, I went further to the University of Uyo, Nigeria where I obtained my bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science. My educational background revolves around Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria.
Librarianship is a profession that allows librarians to access information in any field of study so that we can give it out to library users be it in electronic format or manually. However, some people have a misunderstanding about the profession. It is a double-honored profession.

HOBBIES AND PASSION

Firstly, I like spending time with people we share things in common, I select my friends, friends that add value to my life and society,
Secondly, I like spending time with my family both those related by blood, by faith, and virtue of marriage.
Thirdly, as a Christian I love proclaiming the good news of God's Kingdom, I derive pleasure in preaching to people from the bible, and I spend most of my time doing that
Lastly, I love music and dance, I love traveling, I like cooking, and enjoy being in a clean environment.

I got to know about steemit from @goodybest, I saw how she enjoyed writing interesting posts and benefiting from them, I became eager to join the steemit family and want to benefit from others' posts, and strived to make benefiting post as well.

Conclusively , I am grateful to @goodybest for introducing me to steemit and I am very happy to join steemit.
