GOD LISTEN TO MY PRAYER?

Today I got a friend and she asked me why she made a request to God, of great importance, and her answer did not come, and she said: - God does not hear me.

I told him that from the moment we pray, and we set our hearts to revere God, our prayer reaches the feet of God.

John 9:31

31 We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly person who does his will.

The only requirement for God to hear our prayers is that we be godly and do his will.

We must bear in mind that the fact that a prayer is not answered as we want does not mean that God does not hear us. God is omniscient, He knows all things, what suits us and what does not suit us, therefore if something does not suit us, God will not give us what we ask, for love of us.

For example, if you pray to God asking for a car, but you have a lot of time praying for it and it does not give it to you, it is because it does not suit you, maybe it is not the time for you to have a car or simply God is ridding you of some danger for having a car.

Other times, our prayers are not answered because there are spiritual oppositions. It is a fact that the spiritual world exists, many people believe that it is a lie, or that it is a story, but the spiritual world is real.

Daniel 10: 12-13

12 Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. 13 But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia.

This is one of the best examples that the spiritual world exists, there was a struggle to stop the answer to a prayer, a prayer that was done in humiliation before God, which was made from the heart.

Sometimes our requests stumble in the spiritual world and that is why we must be watching at all times, because the fight is not with blood or flesh.

We must always be prepared as good soldiers who are ready in battle, using the weapons God has given us, prayer, fasting and reading his word.

Do not be discouraged if a prayer has not been answered, just keep fighting and praying with understanding, asking God for revelation, to know if something suits or does not suit us.
