My day... Written well bed ridden

Good days start with breakfast

Don't have a name for these, but you are welcome to suggest one. It's a wrap of bacon with an egg inside topped with green onions, and this time havarti cheese (usually I opt for an old cheddar) 400 degrees f for 18 mins followed by a 2 minute broil. Serve with toast.

Took them to an antique shop where I came across this weird AF Mickey Mouse? record player

Funny what classified as 'antique'. I guess semi racist stereotypes have always been apart of sci-fi, from Yoda being a rip off of a Tibetan scholar (Tashi has an uncle who works at a university translating Tibetan scriptures into English, talks very much like Yoda, very wise is he) and Ferengi's from Star Trek (Ferengi being the Hindi word for foreigner, and has all the markings of a shrewd Indian trader)
I thought of @hanshotfirst and @artedellevita when I saw these. I'll be honest, I've never watched more then the first half hour of episode one of the old new trilogy. I hate the digital remastered versions that Lucas released in the 90's I think CGI is the biggest downfall of the series, I was so glad to see BB-8 was a real robot and not just a green screen soccer ball. Should I give the old new trilogy, episodes 1-3, a chance? Episode 7 I thought was okay, except for the CGI characters and the fact it was a replica of A New Hope... But I digress... Where was I?

antiques, quite right 😉 Found this little globe/piggy bank from the 60's. What makes it so special? Tibet is shown as its own sovereign country, not a part of China. I would love to start a campaign of drawing Tibet back into history books and maps. They are not a conquered people, simply a repressed nation under a foreign totalitarian regime.

Next we took them to a farmers market, it's a huge market with tons of vendors of crafts, foods and fun. 3 dollars for 5 minutes in a bouncy castle. Bear sat for five minutes just watching the other kids jump :/

Next we drove to Stratford, and had a lovely stop on the way at a conservation area, for a picnic and to stretch our legs. Bear and I walked around THE WHOLE lake (20 mins) then had a petit nosh with the fam. I'd forgot my phone so I took this before we left. @jaybird you may note the sky is pristine 😄

When we got to Stratford we found a place to sit while Theo played. Then this caterpillar made my wife jump, but Theo thought it was cute, because he's very easy to convince. 😜

So bed ridden, eh? Yep, got home and Theo had fallen asleep in the car, so I carried him inside and being a little exhausted myself decided to nap with him on my chest. We must have slept for an hour or so, when I woke up I was drenched in sweat, he's a little furnace when he sleeps just like I am. I think it may have given me heat exhaustion, because when I got up my stomach was frazzled.

I tried to eat my wife's lovely dinner of Okra, potato salad and chicken wings, but for the first time in... Ever? I couldn't eat more then a few bites and left the table. I retired to the porcelain throne, and not to be to graphic, backwards bidet 🙁💩 So now I lay in bed, not knowing if this is a bug or just a case of a long day.

So that's what's up. On Facebook, Twitter, Reddit,even bleedpoetry.com could you find this wild and docile reality? Is this what steemit should be? Really? Is there any whales or originators that can come forward and answer me?

Are my photos the best? No, probably not, my wife probably got better shots because I tend to forget my phone, and I'm not about to spend $1000 dollars for a few extra megapixels.

Do you want honesty? Originality? Humans with personalities, flaws and all?

Which photo makes me look the best? A), B) or C)? Are Episodes one through three worth it? Should an alien be made a bumbling idiot with a patois and dreads? Should you have to pay if your kid doesn't bounce while in the bouncy castle? Are caterpillars cute? Breakfast?
