Spring is coming

Season of the year, which is characterized because the cold gradually disappears making the weather more pleasant, the flowering of numerous plants, now we will enjoy the colors of plants and flowers, new leaves sprout, at first glance we observe the change of the environment.

Walking through parks and gardens the festival of flowers of different colors, shapes and aroma welcomes us. Clear days that invite us to connect with nature and feel the energy flowing in our bodies.

Undoubtedly, it is the time of the year that provokes cycling, running, hiking, in short, any outdoor activity that provides health benefits.

Looking at the sky, showing in the background the brightness of the sun's rays that comes with its share of vitamin D contribution to our body, what remains for us is to enjoy the arrival of spring.

Llega la primavera

Estación del año, que se caracteriza porque el frío poco a poco desaparece haciendo que el clima sea más agradable, la floración de numerosas plantas, ahora vamos a disfrutar de los colores de las plantas y flores, brotan nuevas hojas, a simple vista observamos el cambio del ambiente.

Al caminar por parque y jardines el festival de flores de diferentes colores, formas y el aroma nos da bienvenida. Días claros que invitan a conectarse con la naturaleza, además sentir como fluye la energía en nuestros cuerpos.

Sin duda alguna, es la etapa del año que provoca andar en bicicleta, correr, hacer una excursión, en fin cualquier actividad al aire libre que le proporcione beneficios a la salud.

Mirar el cielo, mostrando en el fondo el brillo de los rayos de sol que viene con su cuota de aporte de vitamina D para nuestro cuerpo, lo que nos queda es disfrutar de la llegada de la primavera.
