Chocolate cookies.

To share as a family, a good coffee in the middle of the afternoon and a good conversation, nothing better than a delicious chocolate biscuit, are easy to make. You can keep them in a container and they will always be crunchy.


INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gr. of butter.
  • 125 gr of sugar.
  • 30 gr of cocoa.
  • 300 gr of wheat flour.
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast.

PREPARATION

  • In a bowl mix butter and sugar, stir until a creamy mixture.

  • Add the cocoa to the butter-sugar mixture, stir well.


  • Add the wheat flour, the baking powder little by little, stir until you get a soft dough.

  • Make small balls of the same size, crush lightly, to give it the shape of a biscuit. In the meantime, spread a thin layer of butter and a little flour on the tray so that the biscuits do not stick.

  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Put the biscuits in the oven for about 20 minutes. Pinch with a wooden stick to know that they are ready. It should come out clean.


  • After 20 minutes remove the chocolate cookies from the oven, wait for them to cool down. And ready to eat.
