HOW TO PREPARE ARNICA HOMEMADE NATURAL OIL:
Macerate your dried flowers in vegetable oil, preferably olive, almond or jojoba, for a period of 40 days to extract the active principles of the plant, in an amber glass container to protect the properties of arnica. This preparation is for topical use.
Uses of arnica oil:
- For: bruises, bumps, sprains, sprains.
- Used for discomfort of arthritis or osteoarthritis.
- For massaging, improving circulation.
