I need a Virtual Assistant... like, tomorrow. Up for it?

So before I dive into a pretty interesting concept for pairing up Steemians with Steemissistants, I need to get something off my chest:

1) I suck at keeping track of things,

2) I lose things regularly,

3) I forget things I was told to do minutes, hours and/or seconds ago,

4) I like to chase shiny objects (like quarters and paperclips!) and seek new knowledge in its many places.

All of that said simply, I recognize that I could probably strongly benefit from a virtual assistant who is kept abreast of my day-to-day activities and is capable of arranging meetings, setting up calls, researching a tad prior to calls, order things online, but most importantly of all: HELP ME REMEMBER SHIT!

So, in recognizing this potential boon to my shoddy work patterns, I instantly thought about how to integrate my new super-awesome-phun-thyme known as Steemit into the search and help people make some money?!

So here is my very rough proposal. Apologies for the someone militaristic language, but you should appreciate its simplicity:

Objective

Develop a Virtual Assistant Pairing Platform utilizing the Steem blockchain, the Steemit ecosystem, and SBD and/or STEEM token rewards, and some personality analysis.

Purpose

Utilize funds generated by this post (and future posts) to supplement funds paid by the 'client' or in my case, the jackass that needs his hand held to be reminded he needs to stop chasing those damned squirrels.

Scheme of Maneuver

I will answer questions as they come below, but a few major tasks will need to be in progress for this to move forward.

1. Establish pool of individuals willing to act as a virtual assistant. This will be completed via post in Steemit tagged #SteemSynergies. Requirements for the video? Sell yourself and why anyone would want you to go around telling them what they forgot and what you need to get done. Naturally this sounds like another relationship that most should be familiar with, but I digress.
2. Establish a pool of individuals looking for help with keeping track of ... SQUIRREL! Sorry... keeping track of each of the Steemsisstants clients. Just as the Steemsistants (if anyone has a better name, comment below!) had to write a post, so too will the 'client'.
3. Establish a default pay rate: Since I was the first to through this card on the table, I get to put my own request in this one. So I pledge to match 1:1 SBD up to $300 towards paying whomever I chose as my virtual assistant. If this post earns more than that, I will split the shares with the virtual assistant on the agreement that they work for me based on average prices for its around $16 USD/hour

Implementation

I will be the first guinea pig blasted into space for this one as the first 'client' (probably needs a better name .. not Steemy enough). Depending on if the size and scale of this scopes up, I may be looking for developers to build out a layer on top of the Steemit Blockchain to facilitate this action.

Money

If I take the SBD from whatever this post earns and run, you'll never catch me coppers! I'll be hours away with probably $250 headed straight for the airport to catch a flight to meet up with my swiss banker for my initial deposit. But in seriousness, I will match what votes this brings in up to 300 SBD which will count as a payment pool for the Steemsistant I decide on.

What I'm looking For:

1. great at hearing and remembering things that need to be accomplished;
2. master on the computer at adding calendar events, identifying future events, and keeping me abreast of upcoming events;
3. Identify deadlines and keep cracking the whip until I get the task done
4. Capable of doing minor research for things that I write. Understanding of cryptocurrencies and writing a major plus. Super plus if you have any military experience.
