We Need To Talk!
Owning a dog is everything but boring!
They tend to do so many things that keep us entertained no matter what. My doggie Chopo thinks he's a human kid. My sister and I raised him that way. I even teach him how to say yes and no with his head, how to ask to go to the bathroom and ask for food. That way we can understand what he wants better. So when he sits like this it only means one thing: something's bothering him.
It's his doggie's way to say "We have to talk"... and by that I mean he sitting like this looking at me very serious like trying to complain about something. Well, I don't know dog's language so I start to make some basic questions like "hungry?", "bathroom?", "walk?". If he says yes with his head them problem solved, if nothing works then I pet his head, hug him, let him sleep in my lap and then give him a cookie... that always work. He's an easy to please dog! 😅
Next time you see your dog sitting this way, it can mean they want a serious conversation with you!

With cats it is the opposite. When Suzi sits like that it only means leave me alone I don't need you right now :p
And if she wants food she will meow and be the cutest kitty ever! Right after the cuteness is gone.
