Hot Tea For The Soul
Monday morning and I feel like crap! My throat is killing me and I feel very tired but here I am sipping this lemon tea after doing my workout. "Why don't you just laid in bed?"... I hear my brain saying. Bed! Comfy nice bed calling me... but no, things need to be done and I'm not a lazy person.
I closed my eyes and enjoy the smell of the tea. I love tea, all types of them! I feel like I get transported to another place when I'm sipping my tea. I take my time and relax, I blocked all around me, all the noise and people... is just me and my tea. A peaceful relax moment, my happy moment!

My favorite is chai tea, but I am picky, so not just any will do. BTW, have you bought the Manuka honey I have mentioned before? Found this great link talking about it: https://www.healthy-holistic-living.com/raw-honey-manuka/
For me with auto immune issues it works, so it will definitely help anyone else. Glad I stumbled upon it three years ago. I use Manuka Doctor brand.

I have lots of favorite teas! Oolong, earl grey, lapsan souchong, rose tea, apple tea, pu ehr.... just love tea!
