Brothers Wild Fruit Cider - Such a Disappointment :(
I am a massive fan of Brothers Toffee Apple Cider, in fact I think I posted on steemit that it was the best thing that I had ever drunk, it is like liquid amazing.
BROTHERS WILD FRUIT CIDER
It is for the above reason that I was rather excited when I saw this bottle of "Brothers Wild Fruit Cider" in my local supermarket. I prefer cider from the tap, but in this case I would make an exception. I know it never tastes as good from a bottle, but I would just get it really chilled and then try it. So, I stuck it in my freezer, then my fridge for 24 hours.
When I popped the top off and poured it, I was a bit disappointed with how little it fizzed, and I knew it wouldn't have the bubbly freshness of a cider right off the tap.
THE TASTE
Well, unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. It was pink and sweet and tasted of artificial strawberry. It poured with very little head and very little carbonation, almost flat in the glass. Tasted watery, and like sugary lemonade. Very disappointed. It's a shame really, when the same company can make a drink that tastes like liquid heaven and another that tastes like a 9th grade failed science project. It's almost like you're mum wouldn't buy you all the alcoholic ingredients to make a decent cider. Sad, but this was a big disappointment in every way.

Honestly Brothers, some of your ciders are divine, but this isn't one of them. Not worth the admission ticket....
