Steemits resteem

I have been wondering about this whether it's just me that doesn't have the resteem in my posts because i have seen a lot of the posts on steemit have the resteem feature in their posts.

Maybe i don't have it because i don't make anything from my post (i hope that what i just said doesn't qualify as steemicide) but i just can't figure this out what do you have to do in order to qaulify for the resteem.

And there is a process to get it how do you go about it.
