HireMatch plans to to disrupt the Recruitment business by introducing a blockchain powered recruitment platform.
There are APIs build for devs to integrate directly to it and does look very interesting .

It's a really good platform.
I've never seen a platform specialized for blockchain job. As the blockchain market grew, it became difficult to get skilled manpower. Also, it has become important for job seekers to find good companies. I think this platform can help solve these problems. I really like it. Thank you for sharing.

This is a great product on so many levels. The best part is the provided efficiency. Hiring has become expensive.It's one area that has received almost no automation treatment. Transparency and speed is quite helpful. Agents and companies can easily have friction without the use of smart contracts.
One of the best parts about blockchains is that there is a natural inclination to set up the incentives right instead of replying on goodwill. Because of this people will naturally act in way that build up the most efficient system for hiring. But to gain the best out of HireMatch, it needs to reach high level of adoption. This is the major con about this project. I guess they'll have to do some serious marketing to get enough people to showcase the real capabilities.

It's one of a unique concept to use blockchain technology for recruiting. It avoids the middleman and cast from wide range of networks to find the ideal candidates for the opening. Cool idea and hope it will worked out as planned.
