Invisible cake with apples
Ingredients (for 8 people)
- 2 eggs
- 50g of sugar
- 20g of butter
- 10cl of milk
- 70g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 apples
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar to blanch.
- Add the melted butter and the milk, mix.
- Add the flour mixture, yeast and sifted salt, mix.
- Peel the apples and cut into thin slices using a mandolin.
- Put in the previous mixture quickly.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
