Invisible cake with apples

Ingredients (for 8 people)

• 2 eggs
• 50g of sugar
• 20g of butter
• 10cl of milk
• 70g of flour
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 6 apples

Preparation

• In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar to blanch.
• Add the melted butter and the milk, mix.
• Add the flour mixture, yeast and sifted salt, mix.
• Peel the apples and cut into thin slices using a mandolin.
• Put in the previous mixture quickly.
• Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
