Bathroom Singing
Even though most of us are not singers, we always have that urge to sing once we hit the bathroom.
This phenomenon cuts across race, sex or nationality. It's something that affects majority of humanity.
I know I sound good in bathroom but I know I won't win any musical contest even if I'm the only singer :)
Why this urge?
One is due to the hard tiles that our voice bounce off on gives us that effect of being super singers. This prevents our voice from bouncing off our sinuses showing us that we may not be as great as we thought.
We also have this same effect when listening to a song via earphone and try to sing along. You may not realise how bad or offkey you may sound because you don't get to hear your voice.
Also bathroom is a very private place, your audience is you. No judgement and the acoustic effect it creates tricks us into thinking we are the next Whitney Houston :)
But don't worry, even if it doesn't sound great outside, you can always learn and improve. Everyone has potential, some just have to work harder to realise that.
If you enjoy singing in the bathroom, go ahead and sing on :)

Oh man, the old spinster next door hides under her bed with her little dog when I let loose with my overtures in the shower! You are right, to me I sound like the best singer in the whole wide world. But sadly she doesn't think so, as she shakes when I approach and her little dog whimpers when I want to pat him. Lol.
Do your own thing man, sing your soul away! You only got one life to live, so live it!

You are your own audience. Dancing is a thing you can actually do, if that's what you like.
Upvoted....because I can {grin} ... I used to sing in the shower but no longer do due to an incident that happened a few years ago. I will not tell the story here as I can make a rather humorous blog about it.... {thinks}...'Should I follow @bitfairy?' .... 'Why the hell not!!' ...{clicks 'follow'}
