... exercise, my personal record is to attend the gym for 3 months in a row, for this reason I am going to start a personal challenge that motivates me to be more consistent.
I am not sure that a photo in front of the mirror helps a lot for this purpose, but I want to have a record of the commitment that I am assuming.
My commitment today is:
20 minutes of cardio
15 stretch
6 glasses of water.
I will start with short goals.

Soy una persona indisciplinada para el ejercicio, mi record personal es asistir al gimnasio por 3 meses seguidos, por esta razรณn voy a empezar un reto personal que me motive a ser mรกs consecuente.
No estoy segura que una foto frente al espejo ayude mucho para este fin, pero quiero tener una constancia del compromiso que estoy asumiendo.
Mi compromiso de hoy es:
20 minutos de cardio
15 de estiramiento
6 vasos de agua.
Empezarรฉ con metas cortas.

There are two things in my life that I want to learn and I have not achieved consistency.
Yoga and meditation.
As I meditate, my mind begins to wander, it makes more noise than usual, I feel that I lack connection with something and it frustrates me not to understand if I am going well or badly.
The same thing happens with yoga. however I will include it in my goals because I recognize in others the benefits it provides.
