3d printing for the home
Today I am sharing some awesome stuff that I 3d printed for the home, the thing above is 1 of 4 stands needed to make a table and a keychain hanger that screws into a light switch socket.
as you can see in the gif below the table stand got a bit messed on one edge but aside from that it turned out very well, as we speak another leg is being printed and it should take about 20 hours! a large part of that aside from the actual object being large I also used a 100% infill that means there is no empty space and its a fully solid piece, but things can be printed hollow or with different kinds of patterns in various amounts and the infill is mostly determined by what the piece is printed for if you want it to be as strong as possible a 100% infill may be the way but if its just a show piece then you can use little to no infill and that can be useful you can print out something hollow in clear filament to make a piece for a lamp
Hope you got some value from my post,
Thanks for stopping by, your upvote, comments and resteems are truly appreciated.

You will have to give us an update when the stand is complete, it's a cool process that's for sure. :o)
