The Cyberpunk Days Are Over

Ethereum ETH Own Vitalik Buterin recently give a speech in which he goes over why developers and investors a like need to move on from individualism and instead start spreading out to simply better the world as a whole with their views and developments.

What fueled cryptocurrency where people that took large risks and for the most part thought of themselves as being part of the elite few that would benefit massively from when bitcoin got fully adopted.

This call is for a change in vision and well honestly I think it takes us back to the vision of when the internet was first released. A system of free resources that empowered and helped everyone around the world. We seem to have gone away from that where everything is all about trash talking, hurting each other, taking cheap shots in the an effort to gain viewership and make more ad revenue.

So perhaps this change with cryptocurrency and moving back the the 1990's vision of the internet is the right step to get back to where people helped each other and treated each other a little bit better.
