First the Elon Pump now the Binance Pump
Doge coin started out as a complete joke in the cryptocurrency field. But has ended up being one of the best performing and most used currencies.
The 2nd pump of Dogecoin just happened as it was announced to be listed on the exchange Binance. I think the real question is why wasn't it before? Almost every exchange lists Doge and also has a exchange where you can trade doge for other cryptos. But not Binance for some reason they never listed the coin.
The first pump of Dogecoin this year came from a tweet of Elon musk saying that Dogecoin was his favorite cryptocurrency. This bumped the price of each dogecoin to over 0.0036 and guess what we are right back up there. The highest point was Jan. 2018 where dogecoin price hit $0.0171 per doge coin.
This could mean that dogecoin is still a prime buy at the moment if altcoins pick up on the next rally.
More then likely altcoin will struggle vs the value of bitcoin as most of the money will be flowing into bitcoin and stay in it then spreading across other coins and tokens.
What are you thoughts on Dogecoin?
Is now the time to buy? Or is this just a quick spike before a larger sell off now that it is listed on Binance one of the biggest exchanges.
For myself personally I see this as a quick rally and then a quick sell off as there is nothing really to back up the recent climb. Dogecoin has been free flowing across many exchanges already and simply having it listed at one more does not seem like it will increase usage or volumes.
Whoo, doggie!!!!
I never touched DOGE.
And I have no plans to do this.
Why would I ?
(when there are so many better options)
