Thank you for watching and subscribing your support is appreciated ...
The recovery seed for any hard wallet is extremely important...
Do not give it or show it to anyone do not expose it to the
internet by sending it via email....
You will need to write it down not only once but twice..
I recommend to keep one in some sort of a safe or a fireproof box in
your house.. Then to keep the other copy in a well trusted friends or
relatives place.. Buried deep in the backyard in a jar..
Even a safety deposit box at a bank depending on how much you have in BTC and Alt Coins....
The recovery seed is necessary if there is a problem with the device or it is damaged..
the recovery seed also helps if you were to lose your device or it was stolen....
Your Bitcoins are not actually stored on your hard wallet.. They're Stored
on the blockchain... The recovery key is your ability to access them....
I hope this can help you and it's wonderful to see that you have purchased a
hard wallet that is the safest way to keep your Bitcoin....
have a great holiday weekend my friend

Nice post @bitcoinandcoffee! Just a few things, first is the safety deposit box. In any kind of a major financial crisis, the banks could decide to, or be told to, lock their doors in which case you're not getting access to your safety deposit box.
Secondly, I strongly suggest you test out the recovery procedure for your hardware wallet. Don't wait until it's absolutely needed to restore your HD wallets, only to then find out that you copied the seed words down in the wrong order or otherwise incorrectly! I have a recent @steemit post that discusses this.
Very good @bitcoinandcoffee. I give you my vote and I will follow you
