Eat Fast or Eat Slowly, Which's Better?

To survive and get energy in every day, everyone must need food intake. The level of our health also depends on our food intake.

Apparently the fairly bad impact on the body of people who tend to eat quickly.

if you're the type of person who chews food quickly, you can experience the metabolic syndrome that can affect the body.

Because they do not chew and enjoy food well, it encourages those who eat fast it becomes difficult to feel full. As a result those who eat quickly or quickly, often feel overweight or satiety.
