What a lovely chapter for the start of your novella :D. All those descriptions that you wrote are just so vivid and evocative, I really like reading them.

Congratulations on your first curie vote. I hope it will motivate you to keep writing here on Steemit regularly ^_^.

WOW, I did not expect more than four or five upvotes... so needless to say I'm shocked and excited to get 444! Thank you to whoever nominated me, thank you to the Curie community for choosing to upvote me, and thank you all for reading my story and for offering such kind words of encouragement. Y'all are the best! @scrawly @marbley @curie @veryspider

Hey @birddroppings, your writing is very relatable and real.

My uncertainty about my life-direction and my guilt about failing to live up to my potential both manifested themselves in anxiety in my day to day habits.

Thank you for giving us a reality of life at most time that hit us unrealisingly. I like the picture of the word "Katharsis" right smack in the maze. Very fitting I think.

Congrats on the curie vote :)

It feels like you really live your story.. I actually met a few guys like your character at the university :) They were cool but after they finished the school they didn't know what to do with their lives. Some of them still struggle, others found a job and settled down. I'm excited to see how your novel will develop.. Thank you for sharing!

wow @birddroppings, an amazing story and it really realistic. This was some of our life in real world, when we studied, graduated, lost of direction on what we want, kept on finding our interested, look for a better pay job etc. I love this type of story. Good way to start your story. Cannot wait to read your second part. And congratulate on your curie vote. You deserved it.

Got me hoooooooooooooked so easily ! Very nice writing, completely grounded and yet beautifully prosaic in your own style <3 Love it !

Cant wait for more <3

Congrats for curie, as well !!!

Your narrator's voice really comes through. Reads silky smooth, too. Thanks for this, I've been looking for someone new to read.

Very realistic story, I believe there are really some people who feel like that after school they to to Uni and still feel like everything far away, the real life will start later and for now we just can enjoy our time. But then once they realized that now they are ready to start their adult life that is the time when these people wake up and think, no, that is not what I wanted to do. I know many people who left their professions after starting few months or a year. I find your story has everything in it. There is a young personality who needs to make decision and sometimes it is so overwhelming that people are not ready, there is a conflict inside of each of us and only we could make a decision.
