Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon with a slide of grated ginger;
- 680 g of spinach;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
Preparation
Warm the oil in a large saucepan. Add the ginger and cook over medium heat for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Divide the spinach into 2-3 batches and in turn enter into the saucepan. Salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, 3-4 minutes, then remove the dish from the heat and mix with lemon juice.
