Chocolate Pie with Pears
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 80 g of butter + a little for lubrication;
- 150 g of sugar;
- 200 g of sifted flour;
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 100-150 g of dark chocolate;
- 3 pears;
- 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Preparation
Separate yolks from proteins and whip the latter into a foam. In another bowl mix the butter, add the yolks rubbed with sugar and combine. Put in the same mixture of flour and baking powder, pour the milk and mix thoroughly.
Combine the protein foam and oil mixture and knead the dough. Add finely chopped chocolate and mix.
Lubricate the baking dish. The best shape is 23 cm in diameter. Spread half the dough on it.
Cut the pears along or across the flat thin plates. Put most of the dough, pour the remaining dough and lay the rest of the fruit on top.
Place the cake in a preheated oven for 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
