Mass Effect: Andromeda Honest Review
Now that I’ve played the game in its entirety and had some time to reflect on the events in the game, I have made my honest review for Mass Effect: Andromeda. I break down everything I think that was good, what I think was bad, why I think those parts were good or bad, and what I think could have been different to make it better.

The game became a grind after a while but i have to say I kind of enjoyed most of it apart from the ending. Doesn't beat the previous 3 installments but I think that was issue, the previous 3 set up the 4th one in such a way it was make of break and they broke lol
Yeah, I agree. They broke a lot of things, even if a lot of things were good, it wasn't enough to compensate for the bad parts.
Eos and Voeld were grinds for me lol Eos especially. I hated that map! Especially not knowing the first time around what to expect from it. I think in a second play through I'll find my way better to the map points, that are miles apart in height hehehe But those two planets are the worst. I don't mind the other ones so much.
"Pathfinder, temperature levels are below normal." "Pathfinder, radiation levels are increasing."
argh :p LOL
I spent many hours completely clueless just exploring trying to find the next piece to the puzzle and you would cross the same places and those old enemies would respawn again and I'm like seriously no leave me alone. I'm hot/cold/frustrated and lost I don't want to have to deal with you lol
Lol, we seem to be kindred spirits you and I. There were points where I was like you know what I'm just going to stand here and die because I can't take hearing you remind me about temperature/radiation levels anymore dammit.
SAM would just not shut up, wouldn't he! lol
What I hated about Eos is that you had to go back a bunch of times. I kept trying to get to those memory triggers, but I couldn't access them until later, and then I had to ride around forever to the next shuttle point, or whatever it's called. Like seriously. At least with Voeld, you could do it pretty much all at once.
On Kadara, there was one point where if you spawned there, and stood next to the rover, it would just slowly slide down the hill. I had giggles just standing there watching it for some reason.
By the way, I made a parody of MEA from the line when Ryder asks SAM about Quantum something or other and thinks it's Quantum Embezzlement Communism. I had fun defining what that would be in the ME universe. Let me know if you want me to send you the link, it's up on my channel.
lol. I checked out the video, Quantum Embezzlement Communism sounds way to complicated I think you'll need to post a copy of that whitepaper you're holding so I can read it over and make sense of it. I can't say which race would like it but think the Krogans would hate it the most, lol they hate everything! Like one little Genophage on your species and now you're always sour!
LOL
I think maybe the Vorcha or the Batarians might be more inclined to QEC. Yes, definitely the Vorcha.
LOL, you're a riot. well if the next mass effect is ME: Quantum Embezzlement Communism I'm down to strap up and take on the Vorcha trying to steal all the materials and redistribute it to everyone but in actual fact, they're corrupt AF. Sounds like a thrilling plot. Let's save the galaxy and restore quantum capitalism back to the universe. Pathfinder for president in 2020
Depending it takes place in the Andromeda galaxy, of course. Otherwise, Commander and Spectre Shepard for President! And of course that's IF you destroyed the Reapers and got the best ending.
Nice review. Liked every aspect you talked about :) Great work with the editing as well.
Thanks :)
Thats a great review i like and great to watch

Hahah fantastic review @binkyprod , your EYES , when the characters are surpised 👍 😎 👀
I loved the part before much! Andremoda had so much bugs at the release... i dont buyed it... but after your review it looks like i had to think about it hard :-)
It has a lot of good moments. There are patches that fixed SOME issues and I got the game only after all the patches were out. It doesn't take long to update the game for those patches. When creating your character, the trick is to bring the eyes and eyebrows a bit lower and closer together so that your character doesn't have that constant surprised look lol And you can adjust your character later on after the intro parts once you have your ship. The story is relatively nice. If you're a fan of the Mass Effect franchise, I suggest giving it a go. Knowing what to expect made me pleasantly surprised at all the good moments it does have.
Not the type to play sci-fi games often so I skipped its trailer months before its release. Seeing how passionate you are at giving this quality review made me consider the playing the game, you know, maybe I'll like sci-fi this time. I'm mostly in the game for the story and it's great that you gave such insightful comments about the elements behind it. Most reviews would tackle gameplay and less of the story side of things. I;m more interested in hearing how other people review character and plot on games they enjoy.
