The draft of the Digital Security Act is final!!

The government is enacting a stringent law to redress crime, a new digital security law. If the new law uses information and technology to hurt religious sentiments, it would be considered offense. In the same process, creating a public order promoting ethnic information is also a punishable offense. Using the information and technology to make a remark against the Father of the Nation and the Liberation War, it would be considered as a punishable offense. Under this law, the law will be judged to be held in the country and if there is any crime using information and technology outside the country.

The law sets the age of 18 years. Under the law, there will be a National Digital Security Council headed by the Prime Minister. The government will also form a cyber security agency under the law. In the fourth chapter of the law, crime and punishment have been set.
