Egg dalana recipe!
Eggs are cooked in all Bengali houses. Very easy cooking. Once the recipe is to be shredded.
What is the need for
Boiled eggs: 4 tbsp
Xerxes: A few
Dhanepata: One math
Potatoes: 2 medium sesame (half-cut cut)
Onion: 1 medium (half cut)
Tomato: 2 medium
Garlic: 4-5 Kwa
Ginger: 2 inch stick
Raw chili: 2 tbsp
Yellow powder: 3 teaspoons
Chunky Powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 2 teaspoons
Hot spicy powder: 1 teaspoon
Sprinkle jelly: one and a half teaspoons
Small cardamom: 4pm
Clove: 3-4
Cinnamon Stick: 1 bigger
Noon: Like the taste
Rice Oil: 3 tablespoons
How to make it
Blend onion, tomato, raw chili, ginger, garlic together. Sprinkle in 2-3 places with a sharp knife. Eat a little salt and turmeric powder in egg and potatoes.
Heat the oil in non-stick pan and fry the eggs and potatoes. Take out the eggs and oil from the oil and add small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon oil. Give a nice flavor to the onion-tomato bowl.
