Best way for people to learn about Steemit is for us the users to spread the info like a virus. Not only that it is a blogging platform but also explain what Steem really is and how it is an integral part of the network. Most people are pretty much oblivious about crypto so blogging based on blockchain technology takes a lot of explaining. Whenever I post on Steemit I also share with Twitter and Snapchat. People see my posts and that's it. The curious might dig deeper but most just read what I wrote and move on. After all it's just a blog post for them and nothing more. The question is how to make people see beyond the content creation on Steemit and really appreciate how unique of a network it really is.
Meanwhile another article sheds light on Steemit at least for its readers. Hopefully some of them get curious enough to join.
